LSU receives warm welcome from Mizzou upon arrival to Faurot Field
LSU was unable to host its game against Missouri this week due to Hurricane Delta, which led to Saturday’s contest being moved to Faurot Field at Memorial Stadium. And although Mizzou now has the home-field advantage, it still appears to want LSU to feel welcome.
On Friday, LSU shared an image of a video board at Mizzou that gave it a warm introduction to its “home” stadium for the week. Missouri even made sure to make it say, “Geaux Tigers!”

This will only be the third time that LSU and Missouri have played. The last time the two teams met was in 2016, when LSU won in Baton Rouge. Missouri won the first matchup between the two schools in the 1978 Liberty Bowl.
LSU may have gotten off to a tough start to the season with a home loss to Mississippi State, but it bounced back last week with a win over Vanderbilt. And it could use some momentum by getting a victory over Missouri before a touch matchup at Florida next week.
LSU and Missouri are set to kick off on Saturday at noon ET on SEC Network Alternate.
