LSU picks up commitment from 4-star 2020 safety out of Maryland

The LSU Tigers have gotten off to a hot start in the 2020 recruiting class, and already have 17 players committed.
The latest comes from 4-star 2020 S Jordan Toles, a Maryland native who will try to become the next defensive back to have a great LSU career.
The news of Toles’ decision was first reported by 247Sports, and you can read that story here. Per that report, Toles will also play basketball at LSU.
Per the 247Sports composite, Toles is the No. 9 safety in the class of 2020 and the No. 5 overall recruit from the state of Maryland.
The Tigers now have 17 players in their 2020 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 3 in the nation and No. 2 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
