Social media reacts to LSU jumping Alabama for No. 1 in new AP Top 25

The Associated Press Top 25 voters have spoken: LSU is the new No. 1. Ed Orgeron’s squad made the jump after a 23-20 win over SEC West rival Auburn.
While LSU has built up an impressive resume (what many consider the most impressive resume in college football), Alabama has reached 8-0 comfortably, so there is some surprise that the voters ultimately chose to drop the Crimson Tide from No. 1 to No. 2.
The reactions on Twitter are wide-ranging. LSU fans are excited. Alabama fans are mostly welcoming the motivation ahead of the Nov. 9 showdown. Some are arguing that Ohio State is more deserving of the No. 1 ranking. Here’s a small sample of what CFB fans are saying right now:

They bumped #Bama and ranked #LSU No. 1? Honestly… I like it. Ballsy by the rankings to do so.
Also like seeing #UGA at No. 8 and #Utah getting some top 10 respect.
