With less than two weeks until National Signing Day, the pressure is on for recruits to make their college decision.

When it came to 2017 WR Racey McMath, home is where the heart is.

The New Orleans native committed to LSU on Friday. In doing so, be became the 20th public commitment for Ed Orgeron and the Tigers:

The 6-foot-3 pass-catcher chose LSU over offers from Mississippi State, Arizona, Texas A&M, Memphis, and Kansas. McMath is a physical receiver — and resembles an athlete already playing in the NFL.

McMath officially visited LSU this past weekend, and decided to ultimately end the recruiting process. He cancelled a scheduled official visit to Texas A&M this upcoming weekend.

While he’s a somewhat under-the-radar prospect, McMath appears equipped with the tools to be a productive player whilst down in Baton Rouge.
