Trey Holly, 4-star LSU RB commit, breaks Louisiana record for career rushing yards
Trey Holly will head to LSU as a Louisiana record holder. The Tiger commit is now the all-time leading rusher in the state.
Holly broke Nick Brossette’s record of 8,704 career rushing yards on Friday night during a 21-carry performance for 250 yards and 4 touchdowns, per Emely Hernandez of the Monroe News-Star. Holly got to 8,708 on a TD run and exited the game after breaking the record.

A Union Parrish standout, Holly is rated 4-stars, the No. 16 Louisiana product, No. 16 running back and No. 276 prospect overall in the class of 2023 on the 247Sports composite rankings. Holly has picked up 26 scholarship offers during his recruitment. He committed to LSU on May 15.
