Mississippi State improved to 5-1 on the season with its 40-17 win over Arkansas on Saturday.

The Bulldogs are now ranked 16th in the most recent AP poll, and they have a huge road game at No. 22 Kentucky on tap for Saturday night.

In terms of the victory over the Razorbacks this past weekend, MSU coach Mike Leach took to Twitter to name his players of the game.

Recognized for the Bulldogs were offensive lineman Kam Jones, defensive tackle Cameron Young, running back Dillon Johnson, linebacker Jett Johnson, cornerback Emmanuel Forbes, and punter Archer Trafford.

Leach also reminded the 6 recipients, as well as the rest of his team, that there’s work to be done.

“Need to keep getting better each week,” Leach tweeted. “Hail State!”

The Bulldogs’ game Saturday night with the Wildcats will kick off at 7:30 p.m. (ET) and be televised by the SEC Network.
