Mississippi State adds experienced 2-time OL transfer
Mississippi State head coach Jeff Lebby went to the Lone Star State to pick up transfer offensive lineman Ethan Miner.
Miner has been at multiple programs during his college career. He started out at Arkansas State, where he had 24 starts in 32 career games. After a few seasons there, Miner went to North Texas where he appeared in 12 games.
Miner entered the portal on Nov. 29. He had offers from North Carolina and Arkansas per his social media page. Now he’ll be playing for his 3rd team in college football as he heads to Starkville.

The Bulldogs needed some help on the offensive line after losing experienced contributor Steven LaSoya III to the portal. LaSoya is now at Vanderbilt.
The Lebby era in Starkville will begin next year. Mississippi State let go of Zach Arnett after losing to Texas A&M. The Bulldogs finished the year at 5-7 after a loss to Ole Miss in the Egg Bowl.
