The 2017 season hasn’t even started yet, but the Mississippi State Bulldogs nearly have a full 2018 recruiting class already.

On Friday night, coach Dan Mullen’s squad made another addition to next year’s class, bringing the total number of players to 22.

The latest player to commit to Mississippi State was 3-star DE Fabien Lovett, a Mississippi native, who announced his decision on Twitter:

According to the 247Sports composite, Lovett is the No. 32 strong-side defensive end in the class of 2018 and the No. 20 overall recruit from the state of Mississippi.

With the addition of Lovett, Mississippi State now has the No. 6 overall class in the SEC and the No. 20 class nationally.
