Mississippi State picks up 2022 commitment from in-state CB

Mississippi State added the third commitment to its 2022 class on Friday night.
Greenville Christian School standout Jaterrious Elam is the newest pledge.
“Excited to announce that I’ve committed to Mississippi State,” Elam wrote in a tweet accompanying a commitment graphic.
Listed at 6-2, 170 pounds, Elam is rated 3-stars, the No. 10 Mississippi recruit and No. 54 cornerback in the class of 2022 on 247Sports. He does not yet have a Composite rating.
Elam also had scholarship offers from LSU, Pittsburgh and Southern Miss. His highlights can be viewed below, via Hudl.
