Mississippi State is on a two-game slide, but it’ll be back home Saturday for the first time in nearly a month.

Since the Bulldogs’ last home game on Sept. 21, they’ve lost on the road to Auburn and Tennessee. Now, as they look to bounce back, they’ll have an even greater challenge as they host No. 2 LSU at Davis Wade Stadium.

Mississippi State announced Thursday that it will be going with a mostly-maroon look for the game, wearing maroon jerseys and pants along with white helmets. The Bulldogs made the announcement with a tweet:

Although LSU is going to be a difficult matchup, Mississippi State won the last time the Tigers came to Starkville, Miss., in 2017. Last year, LSU beat Mississippi State, 19-3, in Baton Rouge, La.

The Bulldogs and Tigers are set to kick off on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
