Nick Fitzgerald continues to put up impressive numbers with Mississippi State.

The junior QB is having a great season with the Bulldogs. He has accounted for 23 touchdowns this year while guiding MSU to a 6-2 record and No. 16 ranking on the Playoff Top 25.

Fitzgerald entered Saturday’s game against UMass on a string of three-straight games with 100 yards rushing. He is one of the true dual-threat QBs in the country and is a nightmare matchup for opposing defenses.

In October, Fitzgerald became just the sixth QB in SEC history to rush for 2,000 yards in a career. He climbed even higher on the list for career rushing yards by an SEC QB in the first half against the Minutemen.

Fitzgerald has moved past former Texas A&M QB and Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel for fifth place in career rushing yards by an SEC QB.
