Fall camp has begun in Columbia in anticipation for the upcoming college football season and practice is revving up around the country. Taking that into consideration, we will see updated rosters coming out until kickoff on Labor Day weekend.

The Missouri Tigers are expecting to have a big year and even potentially garner the dark horse role in the SEC East, behind potential future NFL quarterback Drew Lock. But, the Tigers have faced some attrition as of late and now it is reported by Dave Matter that another Tiger will not be on the team for 2018.

Earlier in the year, offensive lineman AJ Harris gave up on football after major knee surgery and defensive lineman Caleb Sampson transferred. Now, it is reported that wide receiver Danny Gray did not qualify and will not be with the team.

The Tigers return three of their top four pass catchers from a year ago, and Gray, who is from Dallas Texas and a three-star recruit per 247Sports could have come in and potentially made an impact in year one. The Tigers will now have to hope someone else steps up to fill that void.

The Tigers open up the 2018 football season at home against UT Martin.
