A couple of weeks ago, Mizzou guard Mario McKinney Jr. announced he was entering the NCAA transfer portal and moving on from his time with the Tigers.

The 3-star guard from the 2019 recruiting class had appeared in 7 games for the Tigers, averaging 2.6 points and 1.6 rebounds in 8.4 minutes per contest.

Now, it appears he’s settled on a new location, as he tweeted out pictures of himself wearing a John A. Logan uniform on Monday afternoon. John A. Logan is a junior college in Carterville, Illinois.

The former Tiger will likely try to make his way back to the Division I level soon, but for now, he’ll see what he can do at the JUCO level.

The Tigers now have an extra scholarship spot available as they try to add to their 2020 recruiting class.
