Missouri’s recruiting has picked up over the last week as two of the Tigers’ top commitments in the 2020 recruiting cycle just came in from key in-state targets.

The latest pledge to join Barry Odom’s program is East St. Louis product Kevon Billingsley. The 6-foot-3, 244-pound Saint Louis native is rated as a three-star prospect and the nation’s No. 56 defensive lineman according to 247Sports Composite Rankings. He is now the third-highest rated commit in the Tigers’ 2020 recruiting class.

Billingsley announced the news by proclaiming, “I’M STAYING HOME!”

Based on Billingsley’s offer list, the East St. Louis standout may be in line to receive an upgrade when it comes to his recruiting rankings as Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Nebraska and Wisconsin have all extended offers to Missouri’s new commit during his high school career.
