Mizzou DC Steve Wilks just finished his first year at the helm of the Tigers’ defense, but his time in Columbia could soon come to an end.
According to a report on Sunday, Wilks has interviewed for an open NFL job.
Per Aaron Wilson of Pro Football Network, Wilks has interviewed for the New York Giants’ defensive coordinator vacancy:

The Giants just hired Brian Daboll as head coach. Meanwhile, most of Wilks’ experience comes at the NFL level.
In 2021, Wilks’ Mizzou defense got off to a rough start. Then, things got better toward the end of the year, but it’ll be interesting to see what happens in the aftermath of this report.
