The 2021 recruiting cycle hasn’t come to a close just yet, but Eli Drinkwitz is already getting started on building Mizzou’s 2022 class.

The Tigers picked up their third 2022 commitment on Friday with a pledge from in-state wide receiver Ja’Marion Wayne. He shared the news on his Twitter account.

“I am humble and blessed to have the opportunity to stay close to home and play in the sec I will continue to prepare to my future with the MIZZOU TIGERS,” Wayne wrote, tagging Drinkwitz and assistant Bush Hamdan. “I would like to thank my family and my coaches for believing in me. LETS GO TIGERS #NewZou”
