Mizzou guard Xavier Pinson had a breakout year for the Tigers in 2019-20, starting 11 games and appearing in 31.
He and Dru Smith formed a fun backcourt combination and could both return for the 2020-21 season.
But first, Pinson will test the 2020 NBA Draft waters. Mizzou announced his decision on Tuesday, saying he’ll retain his eligibility in the process:

While Pinson might not stay in the draft class this year, he is certainly trending in the right direction. He averaged 11.1 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game.
Even if he doesn’t stay in the draft, going through the pre-draft process doesn’t hurt. It will help him figure out the process for the future.
