Ole Miss adds talented pitcher for 2027 via transfer portal

It’s transfer portal season in the college baseball world, and Mike Bianco’s staff is doing work. The latest addition for Ole Miss is an experienced pitcher with impressive stats.
Andrew Rogovic is taking his talents to Oxford. He announced his commitment to Ole Miss on Sunday.

Originally from Rye Brook, New York, Rogovic is listed as a 6-foot, 190-pound right-hander. He spent the past 2 seasons at Northeastern.
In 2026, Rogovic made 23 appearances, including 2 starts. Over 39.2 innings, Rogovic posted a 4.31 ERA with a 4-2 record and 3 saves. Most impressively, Rogovic held opponents to a .169 batting average while logging 60 strikeouts to 27 walks.
This past season, Rogovic had one of his best outings against Merrimack on April 10. He pitched 4 innings and recorded a season-high 8 Ks.
Rogovic saw limited action in 2025. He recorded just 2.1 IP in 3 relief appearances.
The Rebels will have their sights set on a return to Omaha in 2027. Ole Miss was not a national seed in this year’s NCAA Tournament, but went on the road to win the Lincoln Regional and Auburn Super Regional to punch its ticket to the College World Series.
