Alabama Supreme Court decides on Charles Bediako motion

Charles Bediako’s quest for temporary eligibility has been denied once again.

Bediako had asked the Alabama Supreme Court for an interim injunction pending his eligibility case appeal, but it was denied on Friday. Had the injunction been granted, Bediako would have been eligible to play for the Crimson Tide against Tennessee on Saturday.

While Bediako’s appeal remains ongoing, he’s not currently with Alabama Basketball. Bediako played for Team Canada in a FIBA Basketball World Cup qualifier in Puerto Rico on Thursday night.

Pending the results of the appeal, it seems Bediako has played his last game in college basketball. He appeared in 5 games for the Crimson Tide this year before being deemed ineligible.
