Alex Condon, Rashaun Agee earn SEC Player of the Week honors

A pair of phenomenal forwards were recognized by the SEC for their stellar play. Florida‘s Alex Condon and Texas A&M‘s Rashaun Agee earned co-SEC Player of the Week honors on Feb. 2.

The 6-foot-11, 236-pound Condon helped Florida defeat South Carolina and No. 23 Alabama. The junior had 10 points, nine rebounds and eight assists in the 95-48 win at the Gamecocks, which was the largest margin of victory for a road game in program history.

During the 100-77 victory vs. Alabama, Condon tied his season high with 25 points, shooting 11-of-15 from the floor, along with seven rebounds, six assists, two blocks and two steals.

For the season, Condon is averaging 13.8 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.5 blocks.

The 6-foot-8 Agee tallied 18 points, 15 rebounds and a career-high seven assists in a 92-77 victory at Georgia. The grad student went 5-of-11 from the field and made all six of his free throws. This was Agee’s 10th double-double of the season and his 30th of his college career. Agree is averaging 13.9 points, 9.0 rebounds and 1.0 steals this season.

Condon and Agee will square off on Feb. 7 when Florida takes on host Texas A&M (8:30 p.m. ET/SEC Network).
