College Basketball AP Top 25: Alabama jumps back in, Kentucky falls back out

A different SEC team has laid claim to the No. 25 spot in the College Basketball AP Top 25 across the past 3 weeks. In Week 13 it was Tennessee, followed by Kentucky in Week 14 and now Alabama in Week 15.
The SEC has 4 teams ranked within the Top 25 this week: No. 12 Florida, No. 19 Vanderbilt, No. 20 Arkansas and No. 25 Alabama. Tennessee and Kentucky aren’t far behind in receiving votes limbo.
The Gators sit atop the SEC after another undefeated week. Florida defeated Georgia, then knocked the Wildcats out of the Top 25 with a 92-83 win. Vanderbilt added to its resume with wins over Texas A&M and Auburn, which also fell to Arkansas in a strong week for the Razorbacks.
Speaking of Arkansas, perhaps the biggest game in the SEC this week takes place on Wednesday when the Razorbacks travel to Tuscaloosa to take on the newly-ranked Crimson Tide. This game could very well decide a seed line and a better seed in the SEC tournament when it’s all said and done.
