The Ole Miss Rebels continue their 4-game road streak as they travel to Knoxville to take on the No. 25 Tennessee Volunteers on Tuesday night. For different reasons, this game will be huge for both programs looking to pick up steam heading into March.

The Rebels head into Knoxville with an 11-10 record overall and a 3-5 record in the SEC. They’re currently on a 3-game losing streak and on their 3rd of 4 away games in a row. The Volunteers come into this contest on a 3-game winning streak, the complete opposite of the Rebels. They currently hold a 15-6 record overall and a 5-3 record in the SEC.

According to ESPN’s model, the Volunteers have an 85.4% chance of coming out with a win over the Rebels on Tuesday night, making the Rebels heavy underdogs.

For the Rebels to have any hope of playing in the tournament, this is a must-win versus the Volunteers. Ole Miss cannot afford to lose many more games and will need ranked wins to help boost its resume.

For the Volunteers, a win here keeps them right in the race for the SEC crown, just two games behind Texas A&M. The Aggies’ one loss in SEC play is to the Volunteers back in early January in a double overtime thriller.
