The SEC-leading Texas A&M Aggies will be hitting the road this Saturday for a massive road test in Athens against the Georgia Bulldogs in a matchup that will pit two of the conference’s best squads so far this season against one another.

The Aggies have been dominant thus far in league play, winning 6 of their 7 SEC contests and riding a 3-game win streak, while the Dawgs are licking their wounds following two ugly back-to-back losses.

A lot is riding on the outcome of this game for both squads heading into February, and ESPN Analytics recently dropped a prediction for how this one will play out inside Stegman Coliseum this Saturday.

According to ESPN’s model, Georgia is a slight favorite with a 56.9% chance to earn the win over Texas A&M.

The Dawgs do boast one of the best home-court advantages in the conference, currently sitting at 11-2 when playing in front of their home crowd, and the Georgia faithful are sure to be very loud all game long.

If the Aggies can outlast the noise, though, they will have added yet another feather to their already impressive cap and will have extended their SEC lead even further heading into the back half of their SEC slate.
