As we get closer to Selection Sunday next week, everyone is closely following the NCAA Tournament bracket projections. On Thursday, ESPN’s Joe Lunardi updated where Arkansas stands after the Razorbacks added a win over Texas to their tournament resume.
It’s not a dramatic update for John Calipari’s squad, but Lunardi now has the Hogs as next in line for a top-4 seed. Lunardi moved Arkansas ahead of Tennessee.

The Razorbacks stand at 22-8 overall and 12-5 in the SEC. They’ll wrap up the regular season on the road at Mizzou on Saturday.
Arkansas’s 20-point win over Texas on Wednesday night locked up a double-bye for the Razorbacks in the SEC Tournament. A strong showing could have Hogs move up again before the March 15 reveal of the 68-team field.
In Thursday’s bracketology, Lunardi has Virginia at No. 16 overall, taking the last No. 4 seed. The Cavaliers are 26-4 overall and 14-3 in ACC play. They wrap up the season on Saturday against Virginia Tech (19-11, 8-9).
