The schedule is (mostly) set for the 2026-27 season of Florida basketball.
The SEC announced the 2027 conference slate on Monday. With that, the Gators have all but 2 opponents set on their 2026-27 schedule. Opponents for neutral-site games on Dec. 12 and Dec. 18 have yet to be announced.
Todd Golden’s team begins the year facing 3 in-state foes. UF will travel to Tampa to face Miami in the Nov. 2 season-opener. The Gators will host Jacksonville for the Nov. 5 home-opener. Florida and Florida State will play on Nov. 10 in Tallahassee.

The 18-game conference slate features home-and-home games with Texas, Georgia and South Carolina. UF’s road conference games include Alabama, Tennessee, Auburn and Arkansas. Florida is getting early buzz as one of the SEC’s top teams with Thomas Haugh, Alex Condon, Rueben Chinyelu and Boogie Fland all returning from the starting lineup of last year’s conference title squad. Denzel Aberdeen, a key contributor on the 2025 Florida national championship team and starter at Kentucky last season, has transferred back to UF and is seeking NCAA eligibility for 2026-27.
