Alabama shared some positive news on the injury front ahead of the Crimson Tide’s midweek contest against Ole Miss. Latrell Wrightsell is officially good to go for UA on Wednesday night.

Wrightsell landed on the initial SEC availability report on Tuesday with a “probable” designation. Ahead of tipoff, Wrightsell was upgraded and taken off the game day report to indicate he will play.

The final determination comes after Alabama coach Nate Oats told college basketball insider Jon Rothstein that Wrightsell was a game-time decision for the Crimson Tide due to a knee issue.

Wrightsell is a key piece for a Crimson Tide team building some momentum. Since the blowout loss at Florida, Alabama has bounced back with key wins over Texas A&M and Auburn.

This season, Wrightsell has appeared in 15 games, making 11 starts. He’s averaging a career-high 11.7 points over 25.7 minutes per game.

Alabama and Ole Miss are set for a 7 p.m. ET tipoff from Oxford. The game will air on the SEC Network.
