The 2025 SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament is set for next week in Greenville, South Carolina. It took more than the outcomes on the court, however, to figure out the 16-team bracket.
Regular-season play ended with South Carolina (27-3) and Texas (29-2) as co-champions with 15-1 records in conference play. With the first 2 tie-breaking scenarios unable to decide the No. 1 seed, the conference settled the top spot for the tournament via a coin flip live on the SEC Network during halftime of the Ole Miss–LSU game.
