14 SEC players projected to go in first round of CBS Sports’ latest NFL Mock Draft

The 2019 NFL Draft is still a few months away, and there’s still some business to take care of in the 2018 season.

However, it could be a banner year for SEC players in the draft, and CBS Sports’ latest first-round mock draft has a whopping 14 SEC players included.

As you can see below, Kentucky LB Josh Allen is in the No. 3 spot, and the Oakland Raiders spend all three of their first-round picks on SEC talent:

• No. 12 — Deandre Baker, DB, Georgia — Oakland Raiders
• No. 15 — Jachai Polite, DE/LB, Florida — Atlanta Falcons
• No. 16 — Drew Lock, QB, Mizzou — Miami Dolphins
• No. 18 — Mack Wilson, LB, Alabama — Baltimore Ravens
• No. 19 — Deebo Samuel, WR, South Carolina — Green Bay Packers
• No. 21 — AJ Brown, WR, Ole Miss — Oakland Raiders
• No. 24 — Quinnen Williams, DL, Alabama — Cincinnati Bengals
• No. 25 — Devin White, LB, LSU — Pittsburgh Steelers
• No. 27 — Jeffery Simmons, DL, Mississippi State — Los Angeles Chargers
• No. 28 — Montez Sweat, DL, Mississippi State — Carolina Panthers
