All reports out of Athens this week have pointed to moving on.

The Bulldogs have taken account for the loss and have moved on.

“I think everybody’s doing a wonderful job of not caring about the South Carolina game anymore,” head coach Mark Richt told the media earlier this week. “It’s in the past. There’s nothing we can do to go back and change it. The only thing we can do is everybody take account for what they did in the game, kind of fix the things they did wrong … one thing I really like is there hasn’t been any finger-pointing.”

That’s exactly what needs to happen for the Bulldogs. It would be easy after a high-emotion, close loss in a rivalry game to let that impact your team for weeks down the road, but according to media reports Richt and his staff have not let that happen this week.
