During this recruiting dead period, some top players from the 2021 recruiting class have taken time to narrow down their lists of top schools.
On Saturday, 4-star 2021 dual-threat QB Kaidon Salter of Cedar Hill, Texas, narrowed down his list to 11 schools.
As you can see below, 4 SEC schools — Auburn, Tennessee, Arkansas and Ole Miss — made the cut for the talented quarterback:

Those 4 SEC schools will compete with Baylor, Michigan State, Kansas, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Utah and UCLA for Salter’s services.
Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Salter is the No. 10 dual-threat quarterback in the 2021 class and the No. 39 overall recruit from the state of Texas.
