4-star Baton Rouge RB backs off pledge to Alabama, reopens recruitment

Istrouma High running back Le’Veon Moss has decided to reopen his recruit. The 4-star running back from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, backed off his verbal pledge to Alabama on Thursday night.
Moss committed to Alabama back on June 6. Listed 6-feet, 190 pounds, Moss is rated 4-stars, the No. 6 running back and No. 82 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2022 on the 247Sports Composite. In July, Moss told 247Sports he was still in contact with LSU, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, and TCU.
Moss’ recruiting profile shows post-commitment visits to TCU (June 11), Texas A&M (June 18, July 31) and Ole Miss (June 25).
