Mills is rated as the No. 4 pro-style QB in the nation and the No. 80 overall player in the 2017 recruiting class, according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
In addition to an offer from Georgia, Mills also had offers from Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Ole Miss and Vanderbilt.
