The Alabama Crimson Tide dominated the Wisconsin Badgers at home, winning 38-14. It was an emphatic win for the Crimson Tide, which proved that they are not dead yet and still have a loaded roster. The most significant difference was how well the defense played, highlighted by Bray Hubbard’s 2 interceptions, which completely changed the game.
Hubbard picked off the Wisconsin backup quarterback, Danny O’Neil, twice in Alabama territory in drives that could have resulted in Wisconsin making this game look much different. The performance earned him the honor of being named the Panini Senior Bowl Player of the Week.
This was only Hubbard’s latest honor after he was named the SEC Co-Defensive Player of the Week on Monday. He shared the title with LSU safety Dashawn Spears.
This is a massive turnaround for Hubbard, following all the blame he received for the loss against Florida State. He is exceptionally talented, and this is a return to his regular play.
Hubbard has shown talent and impressed last season, so it’s nice to see his return to form after a slow start to the year.

The former HS QB had 2 interceptions vs Wis. (both in bama territory)
Set the tone for an Alabama defense that only allowed 1 TD and 209 total yards. Made some big hits and played with great effort. @BraysonHubbard @AlabamaFTBL pic.twitter.com/FjOOM46SVw
