Alabama has been unstoppable since losing its season opener against Florida State.

Since falling to the Seminoles on Aug. 30, the Crimson Tide have won 8 games in a row. That’s put them squarely in the College Football Playoff race and in line for a SEC Championship Game appearance with an 8-1 record and a 6-0 SEC mark.

The Tide can further build their playoff resume in Week 12 as they host Oklahoma at Bryant-Denny Stadium. And, according to Circa Sports’ opening lines released on Sunday, they’re a 6.5-point favorite to beat the Sooners, with the over/under set at 46.5.

Alabama is coming off a 20-9 win over LSU on Saturday. Ty Simpson was 21-of-35 for 277 yards, throwing a touchdown and 0 interceptions while being sacked 3 times. The Crimson Tide only managed 56 yards rushing, but held the Tigers to 59 yards on the ground and 232 passing yards.

Meanwhile, the Sooners, who were off during Week 11, are 7-2 overall and 3-2 in the SEC. Their last game was on Nov. 1, a 33-27 win at Tennessee. John Mateer threw for 159 yards for 0 touchdowns and an interception, but rushed for 16 carries, 80 yards, and a score.
