Alabama basketball set a new program record in its 109-88 win over LSU on Saturday night.
That was the 6th time the Tide have scored at least 100 points in a game this season, which is a new all-time best for the program.

Alabama also cleared the century-mark in wins over Eastern Kentucky, Morehead State, Indiana State, South Alabama and Liberty. This is the first time the Crimson Tide have scored 100+ points in SEC play this season.
However, as coach Nate Oats pointed out after the game, Alabama has been close on a couple of other occasions. Alabama scored 99 against Oregon, 98 against Mercer and 93 against Missouri.

Alabama has the No. 1 offense in the country this season, according to KenPom’s adjusted efficiency metric. Alabama is scoring 125.3 points per 100 possessions (adjusted for opponent) so far during the 2023-24 campaign.
Mark Sears led Alabama with 21 points in the win over LSU on Saturday night. All 5 starters scored in double-figures in the win. Sears is now averaging a career-high 20 points per game on 52% shooting and 43.7% from 3-point range.
Alabama will be in action again vs. Georgia on the road on Wednesday.
