Arizona Cardinals release former LSU receiver from practice squad

Former LSU Tiger Jontre Kirklin has been released from the Arizona Cardinals’ practice squad
The move was made on Wednesday, when the Cardinals signed former Tennessee quarterback Jarrett Guarantano to the practice squad.
In addition, we have signed CB Corey Ballentine and QB Jarrett Guarantano to the practice squad and have released WR Jontre Kirklin from the practice squad.

Kirklin was not a regular starter for LSU, but played well enough to earn a shot at the NFL with the Cardinals. Across his college career he totaled 20 receptions for 3 touchdowns, all 3 of which came in 2020.
Kirklin went undrafted and was scooped by the Cardinals thereafter.
