Armegis Spearman narrates Ole Miss hype video for top-25 showdown with Louisville

We’re almost through the first official week of college football season. Just four contests remain on the docket, with the Louisville Cardinals’ and Ole Miss Rebels‘ matchup in Nashville serving as the penultimate game of Week 1.
Both schools have waited an extra 24 hours to get their 2026 campaigns underway. All that time did, though, was build more anticipation for their clash. Late Saturday night, the Rebels released a hype video for the game, narrated by program legend Armegis Spearman.
“Enough talk,” Spearman says to open his narration. “Narratives, predictions… they all fade. All that remains is the mission… a new era begins today.”
“We fight for the ones who stand with us. The ones who depend on us.” Spearman continued. “We fight for a legacy that lives long after we’re gone. And it begins now.”
Ole Miss fans were fired up after the video. They’re eager to see their team take the field, and applauded Spearman for his voiceover work.
The Rebels enter the 2026 season fresh off their first College Football Playoff berth. Ole Miss reached the CFP semifinals before falling to No. 10 Miami in the Fiesta Bowl. As Spearman said, their mission to advance further begins today versus Louisville at 7:30 p.m. E.T. (ABC).
