Auburn has added a blue-chip lineman to its 2027 recruiting class.

Reed Ramsier is the newest commitment for the Tigers. The Sunshine State stud announced his plans to play for Alex Golesh‘s program on Monday.

Out of Orlando (Florida) First Academy, Ramsier is listed as measuring 6-5 and 290 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Ramsier is rated 4-stars, the No. 18 interior offensive lineman, No. 33 player in the state of Florida and No. 360 prospect overall in the Class of 2027.

As one of the top linemen in a talent hotbed, Ramsier was highly sought-after in his recruitment. He picked up scholarship offers from 38 programs, including Alabama, Arkansas, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Miami, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon and others.

Ramsier told Hayes Fawcett of Rivals that it all came down to Auburn and Texas, with AU winning his verbal pledge.

With Ramsier on board, Auburn now sits at 15 verbal commitments. The Tigers currently have the No. 19 class nationally on the Composite.
