Blake Ivy, 4-star SEC OL target, reveals commitment date

One of the top offensive linemen in the Class of 2024 has revealed his commitment date.
4-star Texas prospect Blake Ivy will announce his decision on Aug. 19 at 11 a.m. ET at Clear Springs High School. The 6-foot-3.5, 280-pound tackle has Texas A&M, LSU, and Texas as his top targets.

According to the 247Sports Crystal Ball, Texas A&M has a 100% chance of landing Ivy. Ivy is considered by the 247Sports Composite to be the nation’s No. 7 offensive lineman and the No. 22 prospect from Texas.
Ivy has been on official visits to all 3 of the aforementioned programs, while returning for unofficial visits to Texas A&M and LSU in late July.
Ivy recorded the longest wingspan at the Dallas Under Armour regional camp with a measurement of 7-feet, 1.6 inches.
For the Class of 2024, LSU is currently ranked No. 7 while Texas A&M is No. 10 according to 247Sports.
