The LSU Tigers are gearing up for a crucial Year 1 under Lane Kiffin in 2026.
The Tigers are coming off of a disappointing 2025 campaign, but have loaded up in the transfer portal and are expected to compete at the top of the SEC this fall.
The season is still a couple months away, but several sports betting apps have already posted betting lines for 4 LSU football games in 2026.

Let’s break down the odds for the available LSU football games:
Clemson at LSU
Betting line: LSU -11.5 (via bet365)
Last year’s meeting between these teams looked like it would have College Football Playoff implications. Instead, it turned out to be a disaster season for both programs. LSU fired Brian Kelly and revamped its whole program. Clemson looks much the same as it did a year ago, save for its quarterback and offensive coordinator. Kiffin was 17-12-1 against the spread and 28-2 straight up when favored by double digits during his Ole Miss tenure.
LSU at Ole Miss
Betting line: LSU +2.5 (via BetMGM)
This is certainly among the most highly-anticipated games of the year โ if not the clear No. 1 choice for that honor. Kiffin’s return to Oxford is more than enough to be excited for as an Ole Miss diehard or a neutral fan. But when you add in the fact that this matchup features 2 of college football’s best quarterbacks and will be key in the College Football Playoff race, this game could be really special.

Alabama at LSU
Betting line: LSU -4 (via DraftKings)
LSU hasn’t been favored in a game against Alabama since 2007 โ Nick Saban’s first year in Tuscaloosa. Based on this early line, that’s set to change this year. However, a lot will happen for both of these teams before they meet on Nov. 7 in Baton Rouge. The Crimson Tide have won 13 of the last 15 meetings in this series.
Texas at LSU
Betting line: LSU +3
Here’s another game where LSU is slated to be the underdog. This game will take place in Baton Rouge one week after the Tigers’ showdown against Alabama and one week before the Tigers travel to Knoxville to take on the Tennessee Volunteers. November will be tough for LSU, but a win over Texas would go a long way toward securing a spot in the College Football Playoff.
