Brock Bowers made a clutch catch to help Georgia open up a double-digit lead on in-state rival Georgia Tech.
Up 13-7 in the 3rd quarter, UGA elected to go for it on 4th-and-goal. Stetson Bennett didn’t throw the prettiest pass of his career, but Bowers reached down low to haul it in and make it a successful completion for a touchdown. With the extra point, the Bulldogs went up 20-7.
