The good news is Saturday will start a warming trend in Bozeman. As of 12:30 p.m. MT it’s 7 degrees in Bozeman with an expected low of 1. But on Saturday, the high will get to 27 and the sun will be shining with a light wind.
As for the game, the battle for the Great Divide Trophy will have huge implications on the FCS Playoffs. No. 3 Montana State (9-1, 7-0) will finish second in the Big Sky conference behind No. 2 Sacramento State, but is all but guaranteed an at-large spot. No. 12 Montana (7-3, 4-3) is in danger of getting bumped with a fourth loss.
Kickoff is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET Saturday on ESPN+.
