Dabo Swinney destroys FSU: I’m not worried about what they say, they’ve had 3 head coaches in 4 years

Even though Clemson is moving on to play Pittsburgh this week, Clemson coach Dabo Swinney is still talking Florida State after the Seminoles and Tigers’ game last week was called off. The two sides still can’t agree about the nature of the postponement.
On Monday, FSU coach Mike Norvell responded to Clemson’s claim that the Seminoles were ducking the game.
Norvell said COVID-19 was the reason for the postponement, and said again that his coaches and players wanted to play Saturday before the school’s medical staff determined it unsafe to do so following news that one Clemson player who’d shown symptoms earlier in the week had been allowed to travel with the team to Tallahassee, Florida.
“Football coaches are not doctors,” Norvell said. “Some of us might think we are, but there’s a reason why medical advisers make decisions based on the information that is provided. It’s unfortunate that opportunity has been delayed, but there’s a reason people making those decisions have that responsibility.”
At his press conference on Tuesday, Swinney clarified his earlier comments, and said he, “didnโt say they wanted to forfeit the game. Yโall donโt listen. I didnโt say they wanted to forfeit the game. I said it should be a forfeit.”
“Iโm not really worried much about what they say down there in Tallahassee,” Swinney said, per Grace Raynor. Iโve been in this league 18 years, Iโve been the head coach for 12. Theyโve had three head coaches in four years.”
