College football just means more in the SEC. The conference routinely boasts the best teams in the country, giving fans across the nation reason to tune in each Saturday. That’s the case again in Week 6.

During an event in Mobile on Friday evening, President Donald Trump revealed he would be attending the Georgia Bulldogs–Alabama Crimson Tide football game.

“I’ll be here again, next Saturday, to watch a football game between Georgia and Alabama,” Trump said. “They say it’s going to be a good game.”

There is no bigger heavyweight clash in college football than the one between the Bulldogs and Crimson Tide. The 2 programs have combined to win 5 of the last 11 national championships and are regularly among the best teams in the sport.

While Georgia and Alabama both have incredible national success, their rivalry has been a bit one-sided. The Crimson Tide are 8-2 against the Bulldogs since 2015, and both of its losses came on neutral fields. The 2 schools split their meetings last year. Kalen DeBoer‘s team won 24-21 on the road in September, but Kirby Smart‘s squad prevailed 28-7 in the SEC Championship Game.

Before they get to their showdown, Georgia and Alabama have to handle business this weekend. The Crimson Tide play Mississippi State at noon ET (ABC). Less than an hour later, the Bulldogs host Vanderbilt in Athens (12:45 p.m. ET).
