Duke’s Mayo Bowl announces ‘ambassador’ NIL deal for player from winning team

Players from South Carolina and North Carolina have a little bit more incentive to play well and lead their team to victory thanks to a NIL ambassador deal announced by Duke’s Mayo Bowl.
The bowl will work with Opendorse, a name, image and likeness platform, to use participants in the game to tell the story of this yearโs bowl experience.
As part of the opportunities to promote the bowl, it will haveย the first ever โDukeโs Mayo Bowl Ambassadorโ named from the winning team. The player will be offered a $5,000 contract to help continue to tell the story of the Dukeโs Mayo Bowl into the offseason via social media posts and other opportunities.
The game is scheduled for Dec. 30th at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. with an 11:30 a.m. kickoff on ESPN.
