Dylan Stewart throws punch at Alabama player, doesn’t get ejected

Dylan Stewart had a rough game on Saturday, as the South Carolina star had many moments throughout the game that didn’t go well.
He had an exchange with coach Shane Beamer after a late hit extended a drive, and then he was given a penalty for throwing a punch.
Apparently, that punch wasn’t the only one he threw during the game, as Alabama tight end Josh Ford said he was punched 3 different times throughout the game.
“Man, he’s a great player. We had a lot of fun today. I think he punched me 3 times. But it was awesome, a good battle,” Ford said.
Stewart has had to deal with injuries for a lot of the early part of the season, but things haven’t been great since he came back. He entered the season widely regarded as one of the best prospects for the 2027 NFL Draft, but his actions on Saturday night are definitely getting NFL scouts and general managers to take notice. For Shane Beamer, things are starting to get really difficult at South Carolina.
He made promises last year that the team would be different, and now, things are looking like they could go downhill very fast. Having one of your best players and leaders throwing punches and getting called for personal fouls is a horrible look, and things could get worse in a hurry for South Carolina.
