ESPN analyst Laura Rutledge’s kids make picks for LSU vs. Ole Miss

The SEC Network lost a major piece of its college football broadcast crew when award-winning host and sideline reporter Laura Rutledge stepped away from the network to take a bigger role with ESPN.
A multiple-time Emmy Award winner, Rutledge spent a decade at the SEC Network, hosting SEC Nation and serving as a sideline reporter for some of the biggest games on the gridiron during her time there.
While Rutledge has moved on to bigger and better things, her 2 children, Reese and Jack, are still making their weekly predictions for the biggest SEC matchups, and that includes Week 3’s clash between Ole Miss and LSU.
Reese and Jack opened things up by saying that they loved both squads, and that star Rebels quarterback Trinidad Chambliss is also one of their favorite players in college football.
Reese went on to aptly describe the game as a “soap opera” before picking the Tigers to come out on top. Jack didn’t agree with his older sister’s pick, though, as he went with Ole Miss to pick up the massive home win.
Rutledge may not be covering the SEC full time any longer, but her legacy lives on through her kids with their expert analysis and elite college football knowledge.
