ESPN has updated it bowl projections after a Week 7 that saw two of the top six teams in the country lose.

One team that took care of business on Saturday was Alabama, who went to Columbia and knocked off the No. 14 and previously undefeated Missouri Tigers by a score of 27-24.

ESPN analysts Mark Schlabach and Kyle Bonagura both have the Crimson Tide as a 7-seed in their projected CFP bracket, which means they would be hosting a first-round Playoff game. Schlabach has the Crimson Tide hosting Georgia Tech, while Bonagura has an SEC rematch with Georgia.

If you’re an Alabama fan, that is a great spot to be in after how the season started. The Crimson Tide were dominated by Florida State back in Week 1, losing that game by 14 points. However, the team has responded as of late, winning three consecutive SEC games against top-15 teams.

The Crimson Tide can add a fourth consecutive win to that list, as they host the Tennessee Volunteers next weekend. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
