ESPN has released its college football commentator roster and teams for the 2025-26 season.
There are many returning teams that college football fans will recognize for the upcoming season. Kirk Herbstreit, Chris Fowler, and Holly Rowe team up again to call marquee matchups on ABC and ESPN. This season will mark Fowler and Herbstreit’s 12th year in the booth together and 30th season together as teammates, which began in 1996 on College GameDay.
Mark Jones, Roddy Jones, and Quint Kessenich are teamed up for the second season in a row. This will mark Jones’ 35th year at ESPN.
Former NFL quarterback Brock Osweiler returns to team up with Dave Flemming and Stormy Buonantony for the second consecutive year.
In addition to some of the returning teams, there are also some new teams for the 2025-26 season. Wes Durham, Steve Addazio, and Dana Boyle will team up for the upcoming season. Another new team will be formed between Jorge Sedano, Rodney McLeod, and Victoria Arlen, as well as many other new teams.
We also have new looks in the lead college networks. ACC Network Primetime will have a new look as former Boston College head coach Steve Addazio moves to the ACCN lead crew. He is joined by his teammates listed above. SEC Network will return its trio of Tom Hart, Jordan Rodgers, and Cole Cubelic for the ninth consecutive season.
As for ESPN’s HBCU spotlights, Tiffany Greene and Jay Walker will team up to be in the booth. They will also host the Cricket MEAC/SWAC Challenge Kick-Off and the Cricket Celebration Bowl on ABC.
Week 1 of the 2025 college football season begins on Thursday.
