ESPN will carry the College Football Playoff National Championship Game this season. The big game is set for Jan. 9, 2023, and will take place in Inglewood, California, at SoFi Stadium.
On Thursday, ESPN revealed the kickoff time for the game. As you can see below, it will begin at 7:30 p.m. Eastern time and can be seen on ESPN (with likely other options to watch across the ESPN family of networks):

With the game taking place on the West Coast, it’s likely a relief for fans in the Eastern Time Zone that the game won’t kick off after 8 p.m. ET.
With kickoff time set, the only thing left to determine is which teams will be playing for the title. The first CFP rankings won’t come out until November. Heading into Week 3, the top 4 teams in the nation (per the AP Poll) are No. 1 Georgia, No. 2 Alabama, No. 3 Ohio State and No. 4 Michigan.
